Positive: The room was spacious and clean, and it included a kettle and a microwave, which was useful. The location is very good, close to a metro station and just a few stops from the city center. Considering the price, it offers very good value for money. Negative: On the downside, there was no heating, and although the weather was not extremely cold, it did get chilly at night. I asked the manager for an extra blanket, but they did not have one available. There was also some noise from neighbors, and the Wi-Fi was slow in the room (although it worked much better in the courtyard). Additionally, the room did not have a sink or a mini fridge, which would have made the stay more comfortable.

Nightmare stay : severe ant infestation, unsanitary conditions, broken amenities, and an unresponsive host. Positive: Absolutely nothing. The stay was a disaster from start to finish. Negative: Right from the start, there was a constant, stale smell of cigarettes throughout the place. Basic amenities were missing: no trash can and no shower gel. The Wi-Fi is practically useless, constantly disconnecting. The bathroom was a disaster: the shower drain was completely clogged, and the showerhead leaked heavily at the joint, spraying water everywhere. The worst part happened on our second night when we discovered a severe ant infestation in the apartment. The host completely ignored our messages and provided zero assistance. Unsanitary conditions and terrible maintenance. Avoid at all costs.

Positive: The place was very clean and tidy.
