Negative: Got a mix up with the keys with other guests because they weren’t in the key box. Check in was delayed for about 3 -4 hours. But, the host was prompt and responsive to help us out. Everything turned out good in the end. Overall, the place is good value for the price with a convenient location.

greta location to explore vienna. nearest underground was 3 mins walk and lots of amenities nearby. Positive: instructions were clear and precise. key was at location as described and the instructions to locate the accomodation were clear. Room was large and airy and the bathroom was perfectly sized for a short stay. clean towels were provided and there was plenty of wardrobe space for clothes Negative: nothing .easy to navigate. would have been helpful to know nearest underground stop as the road that the accomodation is on is a long road. some information about nearby resturants/facilities would have been helpful. there is so much to see in vienna it is easy to waste time deciding where to eat/drink etc. as we didnt know the area. recommendations would of helped. some traffic noise throughout the night if windows were left open - not too much of a problem in winter as we opened windows during day to cool the flat and closed them at night.
