Extremely poor communication and misleading conditions. Negative: After paying for a non-refundable reservation, I was unexpectedly required to register on an external website and upload my ID and credit card details again for check-in verification. The Booking listing stated that only a €1 damage deposit would be charged. Instead, €250 was taken from my card almost two months before arrival, without any clear prior notice or proper explanation. For nearly two months, all of my emails requesting clarification were completely ignored. Due to the lack of communication and the discrepancy regarding the deposit conditions, I ultimately decided not to use the reservation and booked another property instead. I was also concerned to see wording in their terms suggesting that leaving a negative review could affect whether the deposit would be refunded. This was the worst communication experience I have ever had with a Booking property, and I cannot recommend Silver Homes.

Positive: the view

Positive: Очень удобное расположение, рядом супермаркет, кафе, остановки общественного транспорта, легко и быстро можно добраться в нужную точку города. В квартире очень тепло, также есть чайник, плита, холодильник, кое-какая посуда. В описании не был указан фен, но мы попросили, и нам его дали (бесплатно!) Negative: В квартире относительно чисто, но если пульт, например, упал за диван или под кровать, будет не очень приятно его оттуда доставать. Мебель целая, но немного пошарпаная, то же самое касается сантехники, ванны и т.п, хотя все рабочее.

It was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Positive: ... Negative: The hosts were extremely unprofessional. First, they gave us an inferior apartment compared to the one we had paid for. When we complained, they initially insisted that everything was fine. However, after we showed them pictures of the apartment we had reserved and the one we actually received, they finally realized it wasn't the same unit. We then requested the apartment we had originally booked, which was supposed to include a kitchen. They told us they were unable to provide that apartment and offered a refund instead, which, of course, they did not honor. We never received the promised partial refund, which we had expected given the unprofessionalism we had already encountered.
