Awful experience. Stay away! Positive: NOTHING Negative: I booked a Family Room with Balcony, but there was NO balcony. Ok, the fotos didnt show any balcony (as the host suggested) so why you sell it with balcony? How is it supposed to be a family room with one glass and one plate? The room is very hot . you cannot breathe if you don't open the window, and you cannot sleep from the noise of the road if you open the window. Generally, it feels like being in a prison cell instead of a room... (family room sorry....!!!) .I feel totally deceived and robbed .The only reason i put 3 instead of 1 is for the communication to get the keys. Stay away!

Positive: Posiziona molto buona e vicino alla metro Negative: Il fatto che nella stanza non ci fosse un condizionatore, in quanto non è possibile tenere neanche aperta la Finestra dal momento che non ci sono zanzariere per impedire alle zanzare di entrare

Вена Positive: Очень удобное расположение. Рядом метро, магазин Билла, кафе и парикмахерская. Negative: В номере была микроволновка, но не было посуды - ножа, вилок, тарелок, доски для нарезки. То есть понимания как и на чём разогревать не было. Пришлось всё покупать, с таким столкнулась первый раз при бронировании. В чате с владельцами ответили, что это и не подразумевалось при бронировании апартаментов. И бронь предоставили не ту, которая была забронирована. Ответ тоже удивил, что моя бронь и не могла быть с таким номером, так как свободных не было. И естественно, все условия, оговоренные по забронированому мною номеру отсутствовали (балкон, утюг, гладильная доска.....) Ну такое....🤷‍♀️
