Positive: Die Unterkunft habe ich kurzfristig für mein Sohn gebucht, da die vorherige Buchung zwei Tage vor der Anreise vom Vermieter storniert wurde. Es ist alles einwandfrei gelaufen. Mein Sohn durfte die Koffer früher im Apartment abstellen, was sehr praktisch war. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Mein Sohn war mit zwei weiteren Jungs, sie haben für drei Wochen Auslandspraktikum gemacht. Sie waren mit allem zufrieden.

Positive: Sve je bilo fenomenalno. Smeštaj je blizu centra u mirnoj ulici,dobra klopa u komšiluku, parking na 100m od smeštaja, dnevna karta 4 evra.

In Ordnung, hätte aber deutlich besser sein können. Wohlfühlfaktor gab es nicht. Positive: Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren direkt vor der Tür. Negative: Von der Sauberkeit her, war die Unterkunft ok, hätte aber deutlich besser sein können. Die Bettwäsche wirkte nicht besonders neu. Im Bad gab es einen einzigen Haken um Handtücher aufzuhängen, sonst keine weiteren Ablagemöglichkeiten. Während unseres Aufenthaltes roch es sehr stark nach kaltem Rauch, darum wurde kümmerte sich das Personal zeitnah.

Good accommodation with affordable price Positive: The accommodation was a good size for 2-3 people and includes a private bathroom. It is on the first floor and uses AC for heating, but the temperature was comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. There is a kitchenette with a sink, fridge, table, and hot plate; plates and glasses were also available. It is an affordable option, and we didn't experience much noise from the nearby trams. Also, the location is good—a calm neighborhood with public transport stations nearby and private parking. Negative: I think the address details could be improved. The entrance is located on the corner of the building and is not that easy to find. Also, since the accommodation is managed by a company, you cannot contact the host directly via the phone number provided if any issue occurs.

Negative: Ho pagato una cauzione di 150€ per effettuare il check-in prima dell’arrivo che mi sarebbero stati restituiti entro 10 giorni ma sono passati più di due mesi e non mi hanno restituito nulla, nonostante i miei tentativi di contattare la struttura. Inoltre la porta di ingresso era sempre aperta e, trattandosi di un pianterreno, avremmo potuto trovarci qualcuno dietro la porta della stanza anche di notte.
