Negative: Unfortunately, we had a bad experience: * Hidden fees: - €59 deposit (external to booking.com website) - €0,99 to “activate” your credit card in the check-in (even if the reservation was paid beforehand) (external to booking.com) * Room: - No blackout in the door window and ceiling window. You wake up with the sun. - VERY BAD electricity capacity, meaning that you cannot have one burner on the stove on and have the kitchen lights on at the same time. The circuit breaker tripped so many times because of this. - The toilet design was poor — it does not flush away properly, requiring multiple attempts and often leaving the bowl unclean. - Wifi doesn’t work In depth: - To complete the check-in (that had to be through their website, not booking.com) we found out that there was a €0,99 fee to “activate our credit card” (reservation was already paid beforehand, so no point in doing this). - Only after paying the card fee we get to the contract section and it just says “deposit: €59”. No disclosure beforehand and it charges your card for this amount.

Positive: It was really spacious and clean. The staff was always in touch when we needed them Negative: Wifi was really poor

Negative: Siamo arrivati a Vienna e il numero civico non era 125 ma 127. Abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura entrava sempre la segreteria e sul territorio dell’Austria, l’applicazione booking non mi permetteva di interagire. Dopo 16 ore di viaggio, non potendo accendere accedere all’alloggio Abbiamo prenotato percento 170 € un’altra stanza per la notte che dovevamo soggiornare lì è appena alle ore 23:00 sono riuscita a leggere il messaggio che risultava che alle 11 del mattino mi era stato mandato dal host con le indicazioni per l’alloggio che avevamo prenotato, quando oramai era troppo tardi. Esperienza pessima e chiedo il rimborso dell’alloggio prenotato con il booking del quale non ho usufruito

Vienna one day trip Positive: Very spacious room, comfy bed, fully equipped kitchenette. Surprisingly we have found a free ice cream 🍦 in the freezer :) We are very satisfied with the room and will definitely book this accommodation for our next Vienna visit.
