It was manageable but having stayed in Prague recently I suppose I was expecting something on a par with that. Positive: Spacious room and bathroom. Long bed. Instant Very hot shower water - careful though as it can suddenly change to boiling or to cold without adjusting the faucet. Easy check in and out. Negative: Mirror above the bed. Lack of ventilation. Skylight is necessary as otherwise it would be a very dark room during the day however it makes for a light room during the night so be sure to bring an eye mask. As the room is in a courtyard it amplifies the sounds from the other apartments ie: someone was suffering from a very bad cough, a poor mother and baby perhaps struggling with the heat or colic. People talking. All amplified and made for very interrupted sleeps. There is a microwave and kettle but no plate or knife and fork. No mini fridge either. Courtyard had cigarette butts and litter.

Positive: Аккуратный, чистый и комфортный номер Negative: То, что перед тем как получить код от номера мне на почту от отеля пришло сообщение с просьбой пройти он-лайн регистрацию, в которой я обязана была предоставить скан паспорта и привязать банковскую карту платежом 0,99€. Только после этого я получила код и номер комнаты. Увы, после этого было несколько попыток списать с меня 59€ без моего разрешения! Менеджер отеля объяснил это якобы страховкой на случай нанесения ущерба в номере! Но, стоит отметить, что унитаз был неисправен ещё до моего приезда и в этом можно было обвинить меня. Увы, мне эта ситуация не понравилась, такое не допустимо и то, что условием было перейти на сторонний сайт и там предоставить свои личные данные-тоже!!! Увы, похоже на мошенническую схему

Un lugar para no volver Positive: Lo que mas nos gustó del alojamiento fue su cercanía a una estación de metro. Negative: Intentaron que nos registramos en un enlace que nos enviaron varias veces y que hiciéramos un pago de 50€. Llamamos a Booking y nos dijeron que no dieramos ningún dato bancario ya que había muchísimas reseñas de ese alojamiento que avisaban de esta estaba. Luego, La entrada que nos daba acceso a la habitación estaba realmente sucia. Las hojas amontonadas de los árboles emitían un olor pestilente que entraba en la habitación. Así que entre una cosa y otra no estuvimos cómodos en el lugar. No volveríamos en absoluto

Scammers Positive: The staff didn't send us pin code to get our room key. So, there is nothing I liked about this property. Negative: The host didn't answer even a single message or phone call. We didn't manage to check-in even though we were paid in advance for the whole stay. This place is a total scam. It should not be listed in Booking at all.
