cumple mi objetivo de lugar tranquilo para ducha y dormir. Positive: Calidad precio está bastamte bien. Tiene el metro cerca y està a a 4 o 5 paradas del centro. La limpieza aceptable. Negative: El estractor del baño hace mucho ruido.

Informal Negative: Cobra una fianza de 59 euros que no devuelve. Se entra por una puerta de cochera... La puerta de entrada al "piso" es una puerta de cristal, no una puerta de casa, y tiene una claraboya en el techo justo encima de la cama por la que entra la luz. Se denota poca seguridad en general.

Negative: Schmutz, Taubenkot am Fenster und Geländer, 1 Türschnalle fehlt innen, was im akuten Brandfall sehr brisant sein kann..vor der Türe gibt es einen Sicherungskasten, wo die Sicherungen mit Klebeband fest gemacht sind.

OK for a short stay if you are not planning to hang out in the room much. Negative: Room and facilities quite basic and lacked attention to detail e.g. why only one drinking mug provided? Unable to get TV or WiFi to work however we weren't depending on this.
