Good value near the heart of Vienna. Positive: Convenient accommodation for an excellent price, with microwave, kettle and work desk - a good base for exploring Vienna and handy for Mariahilfestraße. Negative: The lack of bedside table was a little inconvenient (I reckon you could fit a tiny one in the gap!), and I think my predecessor was a smoker, as there was a faint smell at first.

Positive: Ottima la posizione a due passi dalla metro, per noi che abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e siamo sempre stati in giro si è rivelata essere una soluzione ottima ed economica Negative: La politica riguardante il deposito non viene specificata da booking... una volta effettuata la prenotazione, si viene indirizzati su un sito in cui si devono inserire i dati della carta e viene effettuato un pagamento di 99 centesimi. Poi successivamente un altro di 59 euro. La cauzione è stata restituita dopo molti solleciti e comunque viene restituito l'importo di 59 euro, i 99 centesimi vanno persi (per correttezza andrebbe restituito importo totale, ma fa niente).

Negative: I received a message that I have to register on a external platform and to pay 0,99€ + 59€ in addition to the room. The equipment was absent and you cannot prepare your meal. The room is located on a noisy street. Interesting, I posted the evaluation and then I received a SMS from the owner asking me to remove the evalutation if I want to get my deposit back.

Vorsicht vor zusätzlichen Kosten! Positive: Die Lage ist sehr gut. Negative: Kaum ist die Buchung abgeschlossen, bekommt man einen Link, über den eine Kopie des Ausweisdokuments gefordert ist und eine Kreditkarte. Auf diese wird zuerst ein kleiner Betrag zur Autorisierung abgebucht und dann ein größerer Betrag als Kaution. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist so minimalistisch, dass sie absolut keiner Kaution würdig ist. Nach dem Checkout haben wir mehrmals erinnern müssen, um die Kaution endlich zurück erstattet zu bekommen. Die Autorisierungsgebühr bekamen wir trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage nicht zurück, auf der Rechnung über den Aufenthalt ist sie aber auch nicht aufgeführt. Besser die Finger davon lassen!
