Positive: מקום מושלם!מיקום מושלם!קרוב לבית חב"ד,איש הקשר זמין ואדיב בצורה לא רגילה,מענה בתוך שניות,כל פניה לאיש הקשר נענתה בחיוב. תושבי. איזור מסבירים פנים והקהילה חמה ומקבלת. כל כך נהנינו שחופשה הבאה בוינה נחזור שוב להתארח.מושלם.

Overall good. Some improvement needed Positive: We stayed in this apartment for three days during our trip to Vienna. The apartment is located on the sixth floor and in a good location, about 15 minutes from the city center. Upon arrival, it was clean, tidy, and welcoming, which we appreciated. Negative: There are some organizational issues that could be improved. Essential information such as entrance codes, the Wi-Fi password, and heating instructions were not provided in advance and were only given after we asked on the day of check-in. Additionally, the apartment does not have blackout curtains, which could be uncomfortable for guests sensitive to light, as the room becomes bright early in the morning. Overall, the stay was good, but clearer communication and a few practical improvements would make it even better.

בסך הכל חיובי. בניין דירות מתוחזק נקי ומאובזר במיקום נוח. מצוין לשומרי שבת. Positive: המיקום היה לנו מצוין. החדר נקי ומאובזר. מצוין לדתיים ולשומרי שבת - נותנים פלטה ומיחם ויש בית כנסת פעיל בבניין. Negative: תקשורת עם המארחים. רק דרך האפליקציה. האחראית בבניין דוברת רק רוסית וגרמנית. לא היה מספר טלפון למקרה הצורך. היחידה בקומה 6. לא ידענו שזו עליית גג, עם תקרות מאוד משופעות. בכניסה לחדר עמדה כל הזמן מיטת תינוק ישנה שתלויים עליה סמרטוטים לייבוש.
