Positive: L'appartamento è spazioso e pulitissimo, munito di tutti i confort possibili: lavatrice, asciugacapelli,macchine del caffè. Il proprietario è disponibile e la posizione è ottima. Consigliatissimo

. Positive: The location was amazing, and all the needed facilities were there. The balcony made the experience very nice (for cigarette smokers). And there was enough space for 5 people Negative: There was a strange smell coming from the kitchen and the bathroom. The bathroom was too small, and the radiator in it made it very uncomfortable to use (because of the heat). Also, the sofa bed in the living room was awful.

Positive: Guter U-Bahn Anschluß. Grosse Räumlichkeiten. Negative: Toilette, Raum zu klein und eng. Küche ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Es wurde schon 2 Monate vorher eine Kaution abgebucht, statt 49 Euro 149 Euro, ohne dass dies kommuniziert wurde. Die Kaution wurde wochenlang nicht rückerstattet. Erst nach vielen Beschwerden bekamen wir das Geld zurück. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Negative: El sofa cama es muy incomodo para dos adultos, no deberia considerarse sofa cama para dos, es muy pequeño. Deberia de ser apartamento para 5 personas como maximo no para seis, sinó cambian el sofa cama actual.
