Uncomfortable Positive: Cheap Negative: I usually don’t write a comment, but I am writing because I don’t want anyone to feel uncomfortable like me and the owner should realize what the problems are. First of all, I couldn’t use WIFI at all. The staff said he will check, but he didn’t. Second of all, the Location was not exactly the same as it was in a map. I wanted to leave my suitcase before check in time, but the instruction on the internet was wrong. If I get the right instructions from booking.com, why they sent me an email saying I need to register on the internet which information was not correct. Third of all, about facilities. There was a washing machine, but it was full of washed sheets and towels inside. The trash bin in the bathroom was not cleared and someone’s trash’s were left inside. There was a towel hanging on a chair. There was only less than a half roll of toilet paper and no extra paper. There is no kitchen paper nor tissue. I ended up using my own tissue in the end. The staff was not always reachable and his behavior was not very good.

Buena ubicación, pero poco recomendable Positive: La ubicación es excelente, se puede ir a pie a muchos de los lugares que hay que visitar. Además hay dos estaciones de metro de líneas diferentes a escasos metros. El barrio está bien, con muchos servicios disponibles. La cama es cómoda y la ducha funciona muy bien. Tiene ventanas a la calle y la calefacción funciona bien. Negative: Las instrucciones para recoger las llaves eran incorrectas y tardaron casi una hora en contestar a nuestro mensaje pidiendo la clave correcta. No había tampoco instrucciones sobre el nombre de la red de wifi ni la contraseña, así que no tuvimos conexión. La televisión no estaba disponible. La cama supletoria es un sillón plegable, estrecho e incómodo. La limpieza del apartamento deja que desear. No había papel higiénico y el calentador del agua tiene un sistema de goteo que hace mucho ruido. Tardaron un mes para devolvernos el depósito de 59€, y fue después de reclamarlo con insistencia en varias ocasiones.

not a clean flat to stay Positive: the flat was in a nice neighbourhood, close to the city center and a metro station. it was easy to contact the landlord. Negative: never mentioned while booking, i was asked to pay 60 euro deposit before checking in. i paid the deposit. after the accomodation, i waited 28 days for the refund. the flat wasn't clean at all. beds, dinner table, the kitchen weren't clean but worst of all, the rug in the bathroom was beyond dirty, it was awful. it was a terrible experience

Positive: Konum olarak mükemmeldi. Metro ya çok yakın. Dm, Spar, Billa gibi marketlere yürüyerek 2.dakikada gideniliyorsun. Bu yönden çok memnun kaldım. Evin ısınması da iyiydi. Apart olmasının çok avantajı vardı. Tek olarak gidersem yine burada kalırım. Negative: Havlular eskiydi, yatak çarşafı ve yastık kılıfları değişmemiş gibi geldi.

SCAM! THEFT! Negative: SCAM!!!! THEFT!!! Took money, did not give the keys, assured us just to cancel reservation with demand of full refund, and did not return the money!!! When we reported them he lied that we spent the night!!! NEVER AGAIN!! For those who want more detailes: We made reservation, came to the adress, find the key box, but there were no keys!! We called him and he just told us that somebody forgot to put keys in there and he is not able to provide us ywith accomodation. He was really reassuring that he will refund us via booking. Nothing happened! I called him, he made exuses. I texted him and we agreedh, I sent him IBAN and still nothing happened. I reported him sent screenshots of the messages. NEVER AGAIN!!!
